First off, there’s an assortment of swears in this video, so if you have children who’ve yet to have their vocabularies enhanced compromised, or an uptight boss whose opinion of you might change upon hearing f-bombs blaring from your computer, best you watch this at home. Or with headphones. Or whatever. In short, it’s NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

That said, I love Aaron Draplin. He’s the right kind of person to be a designer; he knows the onus of good design and thinks bad things should happen to those who don’t.
